The visit starts with an inspection fee of AED 150 + VAT. After the technician finds the fault, we quote the repair cost, and we only go ahead once you agree. The price depends on the fault, the part and the labour.
Friday is our day off, and we work 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday to Thursday. You can send a WhatsApp message or use the form at any time, and we will reply when we open.
When we confirm your booking, we agree a visit slot with you. Availability depends on your area and on the day, so call or WhatsApp us with your area and preferred day and we will give you the next available time.
We repair Indesit washing machines, dishwashers, tumble dryers, fridges and freezers, ovens and cookers. If you are unsure about your model or the fault, send us a photo and we will tell you how we can help.
No. We are an independent repair company and are not authorized by, or affiliated with, Indesit. If your appliance is still under the manufacturer's warranty, contact the brand or the store where you bought it first, as a third-party repair may affect that warranty. Our own 30-day warranty covers the repair work we carry out.
